Confirmed reports have that, celebrated Ghanaian fashion designer-Kofi Ansah is dead—and we send our condolences to his family, friends and loved ones.

Kofi Ansah among other things is known for designing the Anniversary fabric for the Ghana @ 50 Golden Jubilee Celebration. He also designed the costumes for the opening and closing ceremony of the CAN 2008 African Cup of Nations which Ghana hosted…
